Thank you for choosing Aesthetic Lawn Service, LLC! We strive to provide high-quality lawn care services and exceptional customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Services Eligible for Refund

We offer refunds or service corrections under the following conditions:

• Unsatisfactory Service: If the service provided does not meet agreed-upon expectations, you must notify us within 24 HOURS of service completion.
• Missed Appointments: If our team fails to complete the scheduled service without prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled appointment. Team must be allowed to complete the scheduled service within 2 hours, either ahead of time or behind schedule.
• Damage Claims: If our team causes verifiable damage to your property during service, we will assess the situation and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or repair.

2. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact us at 228-918-2098 with your service details, receipt, and a description of the issue. 
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval and issued via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

We do not offer refunds for the following:

• Cancellation of scheduled services without 24 hours notice.
• Dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control, such as weather-related lawn changes or pre-existing lawn conditions to include furniture and fixtures.
• Services completed as agreed upon, unless a specific issue is identified. 

4. Service Revisions

If you are dissatisfied with the completed service, we may offer a free revision to address your concerns instead of a refund. Revisions must be requested within 24 hours of service completion.
